Terms and Conditions – 7pub Platform Rules & Player Agreement

Welcome to 7pub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 7pub ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 7pub website, mobile platform, and all associated services available at 7pub.app.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet on 7pub, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use this platform.

7pub is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed and operated for the Philippines market. We offer sports betting, live casino games, slots, card games including Pusoy, and various other gaming products to registered adult players in the Philippines.

To register and use 7pub, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing bets.
• You are registering for yourself only, not on behalf of another person or legal entity.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list, and you have not previously been excluded from the 7pub platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of an employee of 7pub or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had a 7pub account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

By creating an account, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above. If your eligibility status changes at any point, you must notify 7pub immediately and cease using the platform until eligibility is re-established.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may only hold one active account on 7pub at any time. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or devices – is strictly prohibited. 7pub reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated funds.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering with 7pub. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7pub login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 7pub will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have been negligent in protecting your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 7pub support immediately.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

7pub complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Before processing withdrawals – and at any point we deem it necessary – we may request valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of your payment method. Common acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Accepted methods may change over time – check the Banking section of your account for the current list.

4.2 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). 7pub does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If your payment method converts currency before reaching our platform, any resulting fees or exchange differences are borne by you.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification steps in line with our compliance obligations.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5–15 minutes. InstaPay bank transfers generally clear on the same business day. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts or payment methods that have been verified and are registered in your name. 7pub does not make third-party payments. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC verification. Withdrawal requests may also be held pending review if unusual account activity is detected.

7pub regularly offers bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotions to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these general terms as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game types may not count – or may count at a reduced rate – towards completing a wagering requirement.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on 7pub have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry dates are shown in each offer's terms.

5.3 Abuse and Fraud

7pub monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Where such activity is detected, 7pub reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close the accounts involved.

Bets placed on 7pub are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip and all selections before confirming any wager. 7pub will not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been confirmed, except where a game or event is cancelled or where 7pub determines a material error occurred in the odds display.

6.1 Obvious Errors in Odds

If a bet is placed at odds that are the result of a clear system error, human input error, or technical fault, 7pub reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. The determination of what constitutes an obvious error is at 7pub's reasonable discretion.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amounts and maximum winning limits apply per market and may vary across different game types and competitions. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. 7pub may adjust individual player limits based on account activity.

6.3 Suspended and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For events suspended mid-way through play, settlement rules depend on how much of the event was completed. Specific rules per sport are available in the Sports Betting rules section of the 7pub platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7pub. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a game or event.
• Laundering money or using 7pub to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity documents during the verification process.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposited funds.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical tools to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

7pub may suspend or permanently close your account, and withhold any associated funds, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that you are under 18 years of age.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses.
• Request by you to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Inactivity on your account for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormancy).

You may also close your own 7pub account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days.

7pub is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some people, gambling can become a problem, and we take our role in preventing harm seriously.

Tools available to all 7pub players include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; wagering limits; loss limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion. All these tools are accessible through the Responsible Gaming page in your account settings.

If you believe your gambling has become a problem, we encourage you to use these tools immediately and to reach out to local support services. 7pub staff are also trained to identify and assist players who may be showing signs of gambling-related distress.

By using 7pub, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect data that is necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service we provide.

7pub does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, fraud prevention partners, and regulatory authorities where legally required. All data handling complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

All content on the 7pub platform – including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and branding – is the intellectual property of 7pub or its licensed partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 7pub content.

You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract any part of the 7pub platform for commercial use or any other purpose without prior written consent from 7pub management.

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, 7pub's liability to you in connection with the use of this platform is limited to the amount of funds currently held in your 7pub account at the time the claim arises.

7pub is not liable for: losses arising from gambling outcomes; technical disruptions outside our reasonable control, including internet failures or device issues on your end; delays in payments attributable to third-party payment providers; or any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

Nothing in this clause limits 7pub's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by applicable law.

7pub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the 7pub platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of 7pub after the updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of 7pub that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
